“Trust Me, Not” is a comedy about a fading Rockstar who wakes up in the midst of his extraordinarily crazy and dissolute life. Since he was never fond of drugs of alcohol, he decides to do the 12 step program in reverse. Meanwhile, his father is dying and calls his children together for one last visit so they can prove themselves worthy of his very large inheritance. The stepbrother and stepsisters will do everything in their power to avoid splitting their inheritance with the father’s blood son and daughter. The tension is palpable as they all vie for their position in their father’s will. As a last request, their father asks that his children make a movie in 48 hours, working together as a team.
